3. Now click and hold the touch pads for around 8 seconds
4. When the right bud starts to flash red and blue, a reset has been complete, and you are ready to connect

Some older models will require a slightly different process that involves keeping the earbuds in the case itself:

1. Open the Bluetooth menu of your iPhone, Android, laptop, PC, or Mac and opt to ‘forget’ your earbuds
2. Click and hold the button on the back of the case for 10-20 seconds (or until the lights on the front blink five times
3. Close and open the case and then hold the button on the back of the case for around 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Try reconnecting to your device.
