Why Won’t My TOZO Earbuds Connect?
If your earbuds are struggling to connect, there could be a few actions you can try to fix the issue.
Check There Are No Other Headphones Connected
Have a look at the Bluetooth list on your phone or computer. Are there any other headphones or devices connected to them? If so, this could be blocking the TOZO earbuds from connecting.
Try removing the other connections, then try connecting your TOZOs again.
Not Enough Charge In Your Phone, Laptop, Or Earbuds
Make sure all your items are charged. If your TOZO earbuds aren’t charged enough, this could cause pairing problems. Your music player could also have issues if the battery is too low.
For example, an iPhone can enter low power mode, automatically disabling Bluetooth to conserve power.

To reset your earbuds, just follow these steps:

- When the right bud starts to flash red and blue, a reset has been complete, and you are ready to connect
Some older models will require a slightly different process that involves keeping the earbuds in the case itself:
