Bose earbuds can connect to mobile devices through Bluetooth connectivity using a companion app.

Your companion app will vary depending on your mobile device and can be downloaded on Google Play or the Apple App Store. 

Older devices may use Bose Connect, while more recent mobile models should connect using Bose Music.

Bose Music works specifically with Bose QuietComfort, Sport, and Sport Open earbuds.

  1. Ensure your Bose earbuds and mobile device are sufficiently charged and have Bluetooth on. 
  2. Download the Bose Music app from your respective mobile app store, and open the app.
  3. You may be asked to allow a Bluetooth connection. Tap the option that allows permissions. 
  4. Sign in or create a user account on the Bose Music app and enter the home (My Bose)screen.   
  5. Tap the + symbol to search for a list of available devices for pairing.

Why Are My Bose Earbuds Flashing White?
