The past twelve months have seen Stranjah’s music production based Youtube channel grow exponentially. Having uploaded his first video in April 2019, he now sits just shy of 30,000 subscribers, with his easy to digest mix of sound-design and drum production orientated videos having already accumulated nearly 1.5 million views.

Having also provided classes to DJ Tech Tools, as well as forming partnerships with ADSR, DistroKid, Skillshare, Loopmasters and Plugin Boutique, it’s safe to say that Stranjah has cemented his name in what is often a competitive landscape.

Stranjah "Gnarly". 190 Beastly Serum Presets

Gnarly is a choice pack for anyone requiring growling bass sounds, monumental foghorns, gritty reeses, jungle 808’s, jump up womps, wobbles and screech leads.

Although known by the younger generation for his online presence and record label imprint ‘Deviant Audio’, older fans will remember Stranjah for his music. With Drum & Bass releases on Metalheadz, Hospital Records, Critical Music and Architecture Recordings, Stranjah’s vast depth of knowledge and experience with music production and sound design has made him the perfect producer to release an absolute monster of a Serum preset pack.

We spoke to Stranjah last year when his channel was still in its infancy. Back then he told us that his aim was to foster a community in which people help each other and share knowledge, with this ethos now being central to the availability of a huge collection of Stranjah made sounds on January 26th 2021.

After studying the latest Drum & Bass sounds intensely over the past twelve months, Stranjah now proudly presents his first Serum Present Pack, entitled ‘Gnarly Volume 1’. Featuring an array of 190 presets with fully customizable macros, the sounds range from gritty reeses, and gargantuan foghorns, to jungle-style 808’s and jump up whomps.

Budding producers will be able to use the presets to reverse engineer the sounds, helping them advance in their understanding of sound design knowledge. There are also WAV presets for those without Xfer’s Serum.

‘Gnarly Volume 1’ is available to purchase here.
